Message from the teacher

Children and adults alike, anytime and anywhere, can start Kendo.
At first, it definitely makes your heart race, doesn't it? I totally get it. I was a beginner once, too. But come do kendo with me. Because it's fun. And because it clears your mind.
-------------------------

Experience the samurai's breath, a centered mind, the first strike
Before the movie screening, this is an event where anyone can briefly experience Kendo and become a “kenshi” (swordsman).
Improve posture
One strike to the "men, kote, and do" of the motodachi (the person receiving the hits) with a shinai.
- Briefly cover etiquette (seiza, bowing), etc.
*This is a safe, enjoyable, and centering experience (no strenuous movement involved).
